Pane Canvas is designed with privacy as a guiding principle. The app is built to minimise data collection. Content you create within the app is intended to be stored locally on your device.
Pane Canvas is designed to operate without analytics servers or user tracking systems. We aim not to collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers controlled by us.
Annotations, canvases, bookmarks, and browsing data are intended to be stored locally on your iPad. This data is designed not to be transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data by removing the app.
Apple may collect anonymised crash reports and diagnostic data through their standard iOS systems if you have opted into sharing diagnostics with Apple on your device. This data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and is not accessible to us. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Pane Canvas enables navigation of third-party websites. Websites you visit operate independently and have their own privacy policies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites accessed through the app.
Pane Canvas is not directed at children under the age of 13. We aim not to knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
